PT always helps! Exercises given really work! Very careful not to have you overdo, but very appropriate therapy assigned. Good results!

I have had pain in my lower back for over six years. I finally started pushing my pain with my doctors... tests were ran & I had no idea that I had spondylolisthesis. I also have formidable bilateral stenosis where my vertebrae are compressing my two main nerve roots, causing me problems with my legs. Especially the right one. Two weeks after I started PT at Rancho Physical Therepy I am PAIN FREE! Alisha is so attentive, she Listens to my concerns and address any issues that come up.She also gives the best deep tissue massages EVER! She has gone above and beyond and has taught me the correct sleeping positions and corrected my posture! She is definitely a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I couldn’t be more greatful to her and all of the employees who have patiently worked with me at Rancho. Alisha saved me from surgery and has helped restore my life and mobility! I am forever greatful! I highly recommend Rancho PT. I will tell everyone I know. Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank you Alisha!! (Rancho PT off Eucalyptus in Moreno Valley) give her a raise! Dr. Weston Smith, at RANCHO PHYSICAL THERAPY, 24021 Alessandro Blvd, Suite 109 Moreno Valley CA, is very professional, in that, he systematically explained how important physical therapy for eliminating scar tissue, that developed after my full- knee replacement. I fully recommend my family and friends to go to this location for any and all treatment of physical therapy. They are the best in Riverside County.
